Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Du Studio handles information in connection with our games, websites, and support services.

Data We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate our apps, respond to support requests, improve reliability, or meet platform requirements. Depending on the product, this may include app usage diagnostics, crash reports, device information, and messages you send to support.

How We Use Data

We use collected information to provide app functionality, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, respond to user requests, and improve product quality.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may use platform services or analytics providers for distribution, crash reporting, payments, or diagnostics. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

Worm Maze / 小虫的花园

Worm Maze (Google Play)

Worm Maze can use AppsFlyer, a third-party measurement service, to understand how people discover the game and where players encounter difficulty. We ask for your choice in the game before starting AppsFlyer measurement. If you decline, you can still play the full game. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Analytics → Allow game analytics. Turning it off stops future AppsFlyer measurement from this app; it does not automatically erase data previously sent. For a deletion or privacy request, contact us using the details below.

When you allow measurement, AppsFlyer may process app installation and launch information, Google Play install-referrer and campaign information, technical device and app information (such as device model, operating-system version, app version and language), network information such as IP address, and the game events we send. Our game events cover tutorial starts and completions, level starts, completions and exits, hints used, and garden opens and decorations. They include level identifiers and aggregate gameplay counts or durations. We do not send names, email addresses, free-text entries, exact touch coordinates, or the contents of your local save file through these game events. This version disables collection of advertising identifiers in the AppsFlyer SDK.

We use this information to measure install sources, understand game progression, and improve the game. AppsFlyer processes the information on our behalf and may handle it according to its Services Privacy Policy. Please contact us through the address in the Contact section for access, deletion, or other privacy requests. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law and our service-provider arrangements.

Advertising in Worm Maze (Google Play)

The Google Play version of Worm Maze uses Google AdMob to show ads. After your first clear of level 5, and then every three numbered levels (8, 11, and so on), an interstitial may appear when you choose to continue from the completed level. You can also choose to watch a rewarded video for two extra garden points once you finish the nine main puzzles in a chapter. After the free undo in a numbered level is used, you can also choose to watch a rewarded video for one more undo. Rewarded videos are optional; ordinary progress and garden rewards do not require watching ads. If an ad is unavailable, you can continue playing.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or update advertising privacy choices where required. If an advertising privacy-options entry is required for you, you can reopen it in Settings → Privacy & Analytics → Ad privacy choices. Your AppsFlyer game-analytics choice is separate from your advertising privacy choices. Declining AppsFlyer analytics does not itself disable advertising.

Google's Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share IP addresses, interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. These data may be used to estimate general location, serve and measure ads, and protect the service. This Android build removes the Android advertising-ID permission, but other technical identifiers may still be processed. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy. For privacy requests about our game, use the contact details on this page.

Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or platform rules.

Void Vanguard

The current Void Vanguard preview does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, does not create user accounts, and does not collect, upload, sell, or share personal data. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. The current Void Vanguard preview does not use network services.

If a future version introduces advertising, analytics, crash reporting, accounts, cloud saves, or other network services, we will update this policy and the applicable app-store disclosures before that version is released.

Children

Our products are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable privacy laws. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related assistance, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.
